Food Allergy Training Consultancy is awarded Quality Mark

In January we attended an award ceremony at Hospitality House, East Finchley to accept the certification of Quality Mark awarded by People 1st on behalf of the Hospitality Guild. The award was given based on the content of the courses and information that we provide to the food service industry.
