With the recent changes to the food labelling regulations, are you aware how they affect your business? FATC is hosting a seminar for the food service and retail industry to enable greater understanding of your obligations with regard to these changes to the EU Food Information Regulation (FIR) 1169/2011
Businesses have until 13 December 2014 to comply with the NEW allergen labelling and information provisions. Is your business prepared?
The legislation which covers ALL food supply business operators at ALL stages of the food supply chain, specifically relates to the provision of detailed information of food allergens contained within your product, and how you will provide this information to the end user.
