If you have a food allergy going on holiday brings with it an entirely different set of complications than just remembering your passport, travel details and foreign currency.
What, where and how will you eat? Carrying your own food is not always practical and indeed certain limitations in customs will bring about another pile of headaches. So if your choice is to go on a cruise and you have communicated with them prior to the holiday your needs, you would hope that this would alleviate some of the pressure.
