Knead Bakery caters for those who suffer from multiple allergies and intolerance’s. All our products are free from gluten, yeast, dairy and cane sugar. We use alternative sugars in the products like agave nectar and xylitol and some products are egg free too. We produce breads, cookies and brownies in small batches by hand especially for our customers. All products are lab tested for their gluten and casein levels and we have the crossed grain symbol on all of our packaging as a result.Verification:
We lab test all our products for levels of gluten and casein to ensure our customers safe products. We are listed with Coeliac UK as a result and carry the crossed grain symbol on all of our packaging.
