Sticky Toffee Pudding
This month we are pleased to include a guest recipe from Mark Kennett, head chef from Oscar & Bentleys, overall winner of The Free From Eating Out Award 2015. Winning the award for their 100% provision of sophisticated gluten free dining and online store, with every item being available dairy, nut and alcohol free.
For a tasty pudding to use on Mothers Day or for an Easter Menu, Mark suggests this gluten free sticky toffee pudding which can also be made dairy free.
