Time to BBQ

With Fathers day nearly upon us, the longest day and gradually warming weather, it is the perfect time to get the BBQ going.  Either in your own garden or for your restaurants menu why not try one of these FREE tasty gluten and dairy free recipes.

Benjamin Bartlett, a celebrity chef who has published ‘The BBQ Manual’  has kindly shared a couple of recipes with us.  Why not try something completely different and make a crocodile burger, or if you are vegetarian or just fancy a non meat day, try BBQ Ben with Grillstream BBQ 2his nice and spicy bean burger.  To add some extra taste to the meal, why not rustle up a nice relish or homemade ketchup.
