It is almost seen as discriminatory if a restaurant / takeaway doesn’t offer gluten free or other allergy free menu options. This article looks at gluten free catering from a different perspective and identifies that unless a catering outlet can truly guarantee that their menu, policies and practices will ensure a gluten free meal, that they shouldn’t state that they can.
